Ms. Alvarado is an experienced healthcare executive, whose diverse career in health spans over 46 years, including working in a community health center, family planning clinic, county hospital, and university-affiliated adolescent clinic.

Julia currently serves as the Director of the Every Woman Counts program. Mrs. Barba also supports quality improvement projects which provide technical assistance to CHP member organizations through programs.

Cathryn Hyde comes to Community Health Partnership with a distinguished career in the public sector which includes 30+ years of public policy experience.

Patty serves as the Director of Community Engagement at CHP where she is responsible in engaging and building leadership of local communities

Mr. Tarango is the Director of Workforce Development. In this role, Jesse increases community-based health professions training programs, focuses on increasing the diversity of the health workforce, strengthens collaborations and develops partnerships between institutions with similar missions, and supports communication between community and academic partners.

As Community Health Partnership’s Senior Accountant, Carlos Jimenez is responsible for ensuring fiscal accountability for the organization.
