Gloria is a Program Coordinator I for the Community Engagement team.

Mai Doan is a Program Coordinator I for the Community Engagement team.

Valery currently serves as a Community Health Worker for the Community Programs team.

Blanca Ezquerro is a Program Coordinator II for Community Programs. For over 25 years, she has had the opportunity to provide outreach and education to her community on different health programs available for them in Santa Clara County.
She has been working with Community Health Partnership for 12 years.

Sabrina McRae is the Clinical Coordinator for the Every Woman Counts (EWC) program where she recruits and maintains a primary care and referral Provider Network to ensure adequate EWC coverage is maintained throughout the region.

Alejandra Gutierrez currently serves as a Program Coordinator III. She comes to CHP retired from 30 years of experience in disparate learning environments where she was able to serve, for the most part of her career, the immigrant population of the mostly agricultural Monterey County.

Daniel currently serves as a Program Coordinator I with the Workforce Development team where his role is focused on facilitating training workshops, maintaining a robust pipeline program for health profession students, building relationships with external partners, and compiling data for program evaluation.
