Gloria is a Program Coordinator I for the Community Engagement team.

Thao Trinh is a Program Coordinator I for the Community Programs team. She has been with the organization since 2021. In this role, she facilitates the Diabetes Self-Management Program (DSMP)

Sabrina McRae is the Clinical Coordinator for the Every Woman Counts (EWC) program where she recruits and maintains a primary care and referral Provider Network to ensure adequate EWC coverage is maintained throughout the region.

Alejandra Gutierrez currently serves as a Program Manager. She comes to CHP retired from 30 years of experience in disparate learning environments where she was able to serve, for the most part of her career, the immigrant population of the mostly agricultural Monterey County.

Daniel currently serves as a Program Coordinator II with the Workforce Development team where his role is focused on facilitating training workshops, maintaining a robust pipeline program for health profession students, building relationships with external partners, and compiling data for program evaluation.
