Julia currently serves as the Director of the Every Woman Counts program. Mrs. Barba also supports quality improvement projects which provide technical assistance to CHP member organizations through programs such as Preventing Heart Attacks and Strokes Everyday (PHASE), Gardner Downtown Resource Center, and the Patient Care Access Program (PCAP). Additionally, Julia is heavily involved with the development of CHP’s internal quality improvement process. Her previous experience includes work in local non-profits, community health programs, and public schools where she developed educational curriculum, data collection techniques, and evaluation projects.
