Ms. Kunjir currently serves as Community Health Partnership’s epidemiologist where she assists with quality improvement initiatives with CHP’s member organizations. She provides analytical support and designs tools which she implements to monitor quality improvement processes. Devayani is a key player in many CHP projects, including the Community Health Partnership Health Improvement Committee (CHIC) and Preventing Heart Attacks and Stroke Everyday (PHASE). She previously worked with the Community Health Assessment and Impact Unit at the SF Department of Public Health. Devayani’s passion for public health stems from her experience in the dentistry field where she worked with many patients affected by Social Determinants of Health.
