Daniel KokoskiPROGRAM COORDINATOR I
Daniel currently serves as a Program Coordinator I with the Workforce Development team. His role is focused on facilitating training workshops, maintaining a robust pipeline program for health profession students, building relationships with external partners, and compiling data for program evaluation. Since joining CHP, Daniel has become committed to cultivating a diverse workforce through community building and health advocacy.
Daniel was previously an Area Health Education Center Scholar that supported the community health centers of Santa Clara County by compiling data to be used for health advocacy initiatives. Through this experience, he developed a passion for community health and centered his line of work around fostering collaborative relationships with community members. He hopes to cultivate meaningful, impactful connections with his community through serving on the Workforce Development team.
