Ashley is a public health professional dedicated to supporting the safety net system and advocating for access to health care for the communities that need it.

As the Interim Population Health Program Manager at Community Health Partnership, she has led various quality improvement and value-based initiatives across the consortium. In her current work, she leads the Overdose Data to Action (OD2A) program in partnership with Santa Clara County’s Public Health Department and CHP’s member community health centers.
