National Health Center Week is held every August to celebrate and highlight the nation’s 1,400 Community Health Centers. This year, Community Health Partnership CEO Dolores Alvarado and Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren, along with the offices of Senator Dave Cortese, ASM Ash Kalra, ASM Patrick Ahrens, Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors President Otto Lee and County Supervisor Sylvia Arena, honor our 2025 National Health Center Week Community Health Unsung Heroes at the San Jose Museum of Art.
