National Health Center Week 2023

In August 2023, Community Health Partnership celebrated National Health Center Week in style! On this day we honored our member health centers’ Electronic Health Record and EPIC staff for their continuous hard work in developing systems to meet all of the progressive changes in the way we deliver healthcare. They worked round-the-clock during the pandemic as telehealth and virtual visits became the norm and have not stopped since.
