Community Health Partnership turned 30! We celebrated CHP’s advocacy, education, and collaboration, which has resulted in programmatic and clinical quality improvement strategies, meaningful use of data, and a sturdy seat at the decision-making tables of healthcare financing. We also celebrate and acknowledge the millions of people who made our Community Health Centers their medical homes throughout the past 60 years. Their stories, zest for life, and work ethic reinforces that we are here because our roots emanate from the same communities. However, we cannot “rest on our laurels.” We must keep going, applying an advocacy lens to achieve health equity and to protect healthcare as human and civil right!
