Wai Lam Wong serves as Information Systems Analyst and recently led CHP’s transition to a new CRM. As Salesforce Administrator, Wai Lam enjoys designing the system to support colleagues involved in CHP’s Diabetes Self-Management Program, Community Mammography Access Program, and Community Health Worker Medi-Cal initiative. Wai Lam previously served on the Population Health team as a data analyst and as a facilitator for the Health IT Workgroup.

Wai Lam aims to leverage technology for public service and draws on prior experiences supervising e-commerce operations and conducting computational social science research. Wai Lam speaks conversational Cantonese (廣東話) and Mandarin (普通話).
