Donor Appreciation Event!

On August 27th, 2020, Community Health Partnership and its member health centers came together to thank the dozens of donors who supplied us with nearly 50,000 pieces of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in a time of extreme equipment shortages during this pandemic. It is with their help that our health centers were able to keep their doors open and continue to provide patients with quality primary care services.
