On September 20th, 2018, Community Health Partnership celebrated its 25th Anniversary by honoring its member health centers and their hard-working staff.
We heard from elected-official-community-health-center-ambassadors, enjoyed two performances from Ensamble Folclórico Colibrí & Maestro Hernandez, got a first glimpse at CHP’s video premier: “One Voice”, and dined on delicious food from Mezcal restaurant!
